Access is an all-in-one golf ecosystem, combining loyalty, subscription, booking, and shopping into a single connected platform.
Every golfer can join Access for free to earn Points every time they play at participating courses and redeem them directly toward future tee times in the booking engine or app. Those who want even more benefits can upgrade to Access Premium, a paid subscription that adds year-round discounts on tee times, guest passes, exclusive events, and automatic Silver (Access Premium) or Gold (Access Premium+) status in the loyalty program for enhanced point multipliers and rewards flexibility.

How do I redeem my Club Serrano Benefit?
Qualified members must claim their certificate at any Yaamava' Resort & Casino Club Serrano Booth. The Troon Access Membership certificate will have redemption instructions and a promotional code. The code will be valid until 12/31/26.
How do I qualify for this benefit?
Qualification is based on the Emerald, Amber, Diamond, or Turquoise Club Serrano status you earned in 2025 for 2026.
When can I start using my Access Premium or Premium+ subscription?
Upon subscribing, you will receive a welcome email with your Access number and a general overview, so that you may start using the benefits immediately.
Premium+ subscribers receive up to 50% off on rounds booked within 78 hours, how does this work?
Access Premium+ rates within 78 hours are determined by the individual course. Depending on the course and tee time, Access+ rates will generally range from 25-50% off (sometimes even up to 60% off). Across all courses and available tee times, the average discount is typically 30-35% off the public rate. You can view Access rates and compare them against public rates in our booking system at GolfWithAccess.com.
Can I let another person use my Access number or benefits?
Access subscriptions and the benefits are non-transferable. All Access members receive guest passes (3 per year for Premium members and 6 per year for Premium+ members) with no restrictions on when they can be used. Guest Passes allow your playing partners to play at the same discounted rate as you for a given round.
Does the Access subscriber need to be present at all times?
The subscriber must be present when the subscription benefits are being used. A picture ID may be required at check-in.
How long is my Access subscription valid for?
Access subscriptions are offered at a standard 12-month subscription period. Subscribers may check their renewal date by visiting GolfWithAcess.com/account. Subscription type is based on the Club Serrano Status you earned in 2025 for 2026.
Do I need a physical Access card?
Programs are all electronic, nothing physical is sent to you. You can access your membership via the Access app or GolfWithAccess.com.
Will I receive a new code if I upgrade my tier status in 2026?
No. The code provided is based on the Club Serrano status you earned in 2025 for use in 2026.
What if I lose my code?
Unfortunately, we are unable to replace codes once they have been issued. Please keep your code in a safe place, as it is not replaceable.
