Don't Gamble With Your Personal Information

While Yaamava’ Resort & Casino is 24/7 fun, identity theft is not.

Some tips to avoid the dangers of the dark web.

1) Yaamava’ Resort & Casino's social profiles are verified on Instagram, YouTube, Twitter and Facebook - look for the blue check mark. Do not interact with any social profile that claims to be Yaamava’ Resort & Casino that is not verified. Our social channels are in the section below.

2) Don't share any personal information. If you see something suspicious, report it immediately. We will never ask for your banking information or credit card information. From time to time we may ask you for your Club Serrano number or a contact number/email address/mailing address to help answer your questions or fix a customer service issue. This request will ONLY come from a verified Yaamava’ Resort & Casino account.

4) If contacted by a suspicious page, do not:

Scammers claiming to represent Yaamava’ on Facebook and Instagram have created fraudulent offers promoting sign-ups for an online casino. We have contacted the appropriate authorities and taken swift action to address the fraudulent behavior.

We will never ask for financial information outside the casino, official website or the Yaamava’ application. Please do not reply to these offers. Instead, always visit the Yaamava’ website at Yaamava.com or the Yaamava’ app to log into your account. If you have questions about an offer, contact us directly at Yaamava’ Guest Services at (800) 359-2464 or (909) 864-5050. Dial “0” and ask for Guest Services.
