What does this complimentary cruise offer entail?
Qualified members will receive a complimentary cruise on the line of their choice: Carnival®, Cunard®, Holland America® or Princess®.
This complimentary voucher applies to cruise fare only. Taxes, fees, required expenses and non-refundable deposit not included. By redeeming this promotional cruise voucher, the recipient agrees to be bound by all such terms and conditions of the cruise contract.
Cruise voucher is valid on select itineraries, capacity-controlled, and based on availability. Voucher excludes holiday and specialty cruises, and other blackout dates may apply. Cruise voucher subject to full terms and restrictions.
At booking, a deposit is required (Carnival & Holland, $100; Princess & Cunard, $200), which will be returned as an onboard credit once sailing. Promotional cruise voucher is valid only for the invited player and a guest and may not be sold or transferred to any other person. Cruise voucher is not valid for cash.
Cruise voucher is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
How do I book a cruise?
To book a cruise, please call 1 (844) 362-0695 to select the brand. Please have your cruiser voucher number or player ID ready when to you call. The voucher number is on the front of your voucher.
When can I sail?
Valid sailing dates are noted on your voucher.
Do I need to sail, or can I send a friend in my place?
Yes. While you can bring any guest you would like, this voucher cannot be gifted or transferred.
Do I need a passport to travel?
Passports are required to travel internationally and on specific voyages. For additional details on required travel documents, please visit the specific cruise line website.
Can I purchase a cabin upgrade?
Yes, upgrades are based on availability and can be purchased at prevailing rates; based on availability.
Can I bring additional guests?
Yes, a third and fourth person can be added to your cabin for an additional charge; based on availability
What itineraries are offered with my cruise benefit?

Does each cruise line offer beverage packages?
Yes, you can purchase beverage packages for bottled water, soda, coffee, certain alcoholic beverages and all-inclusive packages. For more details and pricing please ask your booking agent when you call in to book.
Does each cruise line offer transportation to and from the airport?
Carnival and Princess provide airport-to ship transfers, which you can purchase when you make your cruise booking. From the airport, you’ll be transferred to your ship or hotel. Please note: if you haven’t purchased your air travel arrangements from Carnival, Holland America or Princess, you must provide us with flight details prior to purchasing your transportation.
WHAT COSTS ARE MY RESPONSIBILITY?
Government Taxes, Fees & Required Cruise Fees and Expenses
The complementary cruise excludes government taxes, fees and required cruise fees and expenses, which range approximately $150 to $450 based on choice of cruise. Should you sail as a solo guest, you are only responsible for these fees for yourself.
Booking Deposit
A non-refundable per person deposit (applies to the first two guests only) is required at the time of booking. For Carnival and Holland America, the deposit is $100; for Princess and Cunard, it is $200. This amount will be converted to onboard credit and will be visible on your stateroom folio on the first night of your cruise. Should you sail as a solo guest, you would be responsible for the deposit amount for 2 guests. Should you fail to embark on your booked cruise, the deposit will be forfeited.
Gratuities
Gratuities range from $16 to $19 per person, per day, depending on the cruise line and cabin type selected. You can pre-pay your gratuities at time of booking, or they will automatically be added to your stateroom folio at the end of the voyage.
Additional Costs
Should you book a shore excursion, choose an alternate specialty dining venue, purchase alcoholic beverages, etc., you would also incur additional costs.
