2026 SAN MANUEL GOLF TOURNAMENT FUNDRAISER DRAWING OFFICIAL RULES
ENTRY PURCHASES SUPPORT THE SAN MANUEL GOLF TOURNAMENT FUNDRAISER.
EACH WINNER MAY BE REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PRIZE FULFILLMENT PROCESS AND SIGN DOCUMENTATION, SUCH AS A RELEASE, BETWEEN JULY 29, 2026 AND AUGUST 2, 2026, AS MORE FULLY DETAILED BELOW.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THE DRAWING YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES INDEMNITIES TO THE SPONSOR (DEFINED BELOW) FROM YOU AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.
ELIGIBILITY
This Fundraiser Drawing is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry, are registered participants in the 2026 San Manuel Golf Tournament and are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. The following are not eligible: officers, directors, independent representatives/agents, members, and employees of Yaamava’ Resort & Casino at San Manuel ("Sponsor"), San Manuel Entertainment Authority, or Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation, their parent and subsidiary companies, and any administrative, advertising or promotional agency involved in the development, administration, promotion or implementation of the Drawing (collectively, "Drawing Entities"), along with members of their immediate families (spouses and/or parents, children, and siblings, and their spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or persons living in the same household (whether or not related thereto).Void where prohibited. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply.
DRAWING PERIOD
The Fundraiser Drawing begins on July 29, 2026 and ends on August 2, 2026. Any entries submitted using robotic, automatic, programmed or similar repetitive methods will be disqualified.
HOW TO ENTER
Eligible participants may purchase Drawing entries during the 2026 San Manuel Golf Tournament from July 29, 2026 through August 2, 2026. Upon purchase, participants will receive the corresponding number of entries into the Fundraiser Drawing. All entries must be received during the Drawing Period to be eligible.
Entrants are prohibited from using any fraudulent, automated, or unauthorized means to obtain entries. Use of any macro, bot, script or other automated means is prohibited. Proof of purchase is not proof of receipt. Sponsor's database and official event records are the official time-keeping and record-keeping devices for the Drawing. Judges' decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Drawing.
AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
By participating in this Fundraiser Drawing, you agree to be bound by these Rules, including but not limited to the Contest Rules set forth below, and to the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final. All federal, state, and local laws apply.
Neither Sponsor, the Tribe, nor their affiliates, subsidiaries, governmental agencies, advertising, promotion, or legal advisors, or their employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, members, and representatives, are responsible, or shall be liable, for:
(i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries;
(ii) telephone, electronic, hardware, or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties;
(iii) errors in any transmission related to the Drawing;
(iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor or Tribe that may cause the Drawing to be disrupted or corrupted;
(v) any injuries, losses, damages of any kind caused by a prize resulting from the acceptance, possession, or use of a prize, or from participation in the Drawing; or
(vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Drawing.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Winners will be randomly selected on or about August 2, 2026 from among all eligible entries received during the Drawing Period.
Winners will be announced through the official San Manuel Golf Tournament App, available for download on Apple and Android devices.
By participating in the Drawing, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor (including, without limitation, interpretation of these Official Rules, decisions regarding eligibility of entries, selection of winners, and awarding of prizes), which are final and binding in all respects.
No liability is assumed for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a selected winner for any reason.
Failure to claim a prize within the timeframe designated by Sponsor following announcement through the San Manuel Golf Tournament App may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
The winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, a Publicity Release (where legal), and other documentation deemed necessary by Sponsor ("Prize Claim Documents").
If:
(i) the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond as instructed within the designated timeframe;
(ii) the winner fails to return the Prize Claim Documents within the specified time;
(iii) any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable;
(iv) the winner is found to be ineligible; or
(v) the winner does not comply with the Official Rules,
then the winner may, in Sponsor's sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternate winner selected by Sponsor.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification procedures in connection with the selection of any alternate winner, if any. Sponsor will not be obligated to pursue more than three (3) alternate winners (time permitting) for any prize for any reason, after which that prize may go unclaimed or forfeited.
PRIZES / ODDS
During the promotion period, multiple prizes may be awarded. Prizes will consist of donated items, merchandise, gift packages, experiences, and other valuable prizes contributed by sponsors, partners, and supporters of the 2026 San Manuel Golf Tournament.
The quantity, description, and approximate retail value ("ARV") of each prize will be announced once donations have been finalized.
Prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable. No cash equivalent or substitution of any prize is offered except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor may substitute a prize of comparable or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Winners are responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes and for any other fees or costs associated with acceptance or use of a prize.
Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Drawing Period and the number of prizes awarded.
Prize Conditions
Sponsor may conduct a background check to confirm eligibility and compliance with these rules. By entering, you agree to cooperate reasonably with any such background check. Failure to cooperate may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
If a potential winner has engaged in or does engage in any conduct that could damage the reputation or business of any Sponsor, as determined by Sponsor in its discretion, the potential winner may be disqualified and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting.
Each potential winner must also comply with all requirements for proper and appropriate behavior during any prize-related activities or events. Any inappropriate behavior, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, may result in removal from any activity or event.
All prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Any taxes (federal, state, and local) and all costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance or use and not specified in these Official Rules as being part of the prize will be the sole responsibility of each winner.
Each winner may be issued a 1099 and related tax forms for the actual value of the prize. No more than the stated prize will be awarded.
Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen prize or prize elements or any prize that is undeliverable or does not reach any winner because of an incorrect or changed address.
If a winner does not accept or use the entire prize, the unaccepted or unused part of the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation with respect to that prize or portion of the prize.
No transfers, prize substitutions, or cash redemptions will be made, except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Each winner is strictly prohibited from selling, auctioning, trading, or otherwise transferring any part of the prize, except with Sponsor's permission.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize or portion thereof with another prize or portion thereof of equal or greater value for any reason, including unavailability of the stated prize.
Each entrant waives the right to assert as a cost of winning any prize any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to claim the prize and any liability and publicity which might arise from claiming or seeking to claim said prize.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
You agree that the Drawing Entities:
(a) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Drawing or any Drawing-related activity, or from acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize; and
(b) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize's quality or fitness for a particular purpose.
By entering the Drawing, you further agree that:
(a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Drawing, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action;
(b) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to reasonable and actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Drawing, but in no event attorney's fees; and
(c) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain any award for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, indirect or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
These rules and any disputes relating hereto are governed by the internal laws of the State of California.
ADDITIONAL RULES
No responsibility is assumed for any damage to your mobile device or computer system occasioned by participating in the Drawing, or for any computer system, mobile device, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays.
Any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the Drawing, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner may be disqualified.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Drawing, in whole or in part, if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Drawing is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud, technical problems, failures, malfunctions or other unintended circumstances have impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper operation, and/or feasibility of the Drawing.

By entering, you agree to Sponsor's manner of collection and usage of any personal information you submit, all of which is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy located at:

PUBLICITY
By entering the Drawing (except where prohibited by law), each entrant grants the Drawing Entities the irrevocable, sublicensable, absolute right and permission to use, publish, post or display his or her name, likeness, photograph, voice, prize information, biographical information, and any other indicia of persona for advertising, trade, promotional and publicity purposes without further obligation or compensation of any kind.
MOBILE PLATFORM DISCLAIMER
The San Manuel Golf Tournament App is available for download through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of, do not administer, and are not otherwise associated with this Fundraiser Drawing. By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding this Fundraiser Drawing must be directed to Sponsor and not to Apple Inc. or Google LLC.
WINNERS' LIST
Winners will be announced through the San Manuel Golf Tournament App following the drawing. Requests for a winners list may also be submitted to the Sponsor within ninety (90) days following the conclusion of the Drawing.

DISCLAIMER
