Executive Chef Everton Clark
Clarke previously served in several executive culinary roles at JW Marriott properties, most recently as the Opening Executive Chef at JW Marriott Minneapolis and Opening Chef at JW Marriott Dubai.
Born in Jamaica and raised in the United Kingdom and Connecticut, he became interested in cooking at a young age while watching his mother prepare meals. He chose culinary arts as an elective in high school and decided to pursue it as a career.
Clarke received his bachelor of science in food service management from Johnson and Wales University in Providence, R.I., and his associate degree in hotel/restaurant management from Norwalk Community College in Norwalk, Conn.
