At Yaamava' Resort & Casino the fun doesn't stop at the casino floor for Club Serrano members - it extends all over Southern California to include one of the biggest American street races of the year. As official partners of the Grand Prix, Club Serrano members were offered ticket vouchers to attend this year's Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach April 19-21.

Imagine strolling the streets of Downtown Long Beach, except these streets are transformed into a racetrack. Hot dog aromas filled the air mixed with the sounds of ocean waves and the electrifying roar of engines. Moments like this were non-stop for the estimated 194,000 attendees throughout the weekend.

The excitement revved up as guests from all over descended on Long Beach for a weekend filled with racing, mouthwatering food, car shows, and family activities. With summer on the horizon, this event was a great way to kick off the sunnier days ahead. The weather was perfect for the whole family.

Club Serrano members indulged in delicious foods from Food Truck Village, Bistro Row, and more. Each area offered its own unique taste from local and national vendors ready to deliver the perfect food & beverage for the races.

If a tasty barbecued turkey leg and cold beer wasn't enough for members, then they could add entertainment to their experience. With music performances from artists like Gretchen Wilson, Eddie Montgomery, David Lee Murphy, and Ape Drums; the anticipation was building. Families were able to enjoy fun zones filled with games, prizes, and iconic vehicles from the car show area. Those who missed Mario Andretti for Legends Dinner at the Y Lounge got a second chance as Andretti walked around meeting fans for photos and laughs. It was the perfect touch to lead all guests to their seats for the main event.

The adrenaline rush of a jackpot win feels unmatched until you witness the start of a race. With stands filled with fans from all over, anticipation continued building for Sunday's finale. Actor Dylan Sprouse brought the crowd to cheers as he led the racers to the green flag for the NTT Indy Car series. Hollywood fame continued as comedian Gabriel Iglesias served as grand marshal for the race. He kicked off the start by yelling the signature phrase, "Racers start your engines!". In this moment the thunderous sound of F-18 jets flew over the crowd, and racing was set to begin. It was a race to remember, with every moment filled with wheel-spinning action. It was a tight race, but in the end, Scott Dixon became the champion of the 2024 Grand Prix of Long Beach.

As the races ended, Club Serrano members shared their thoughts, saying, "I have never attended the Grand Prix of Long Beach, but I fell in love because Yaamava' gave me the opportunity to visit."
