BY ENTERING THE GIVEAWAY YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES INDEMNITIES TO THE SPONSOR (DEFINED BELOW) FROM YOU AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES. 

ELIGIBILITY:  The TEE Wagon Golf Cart Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Kern County, San Diego County, San Bernardino County, Riverside County, Los Angeles County, Orange County, Ventura County, and Imperial County who are 21 years of age or older and Club Serrano members. The following are not eligible: officers, directors, independent representatives/agents members, and employees of Yaamava’ Resort and Casino at San Manuel (“Sponsor”), San Manuel Entertainment Authority, or San Manuel Band of Mission Indians, their parent and subsidiary companies, and any administrative, advertising or promotional agency involved in the development, administration, promotion or implementation of the Giveaway (collectively, “Giveaway Entities”), along with members of their immediate families (spouses and/or parents, children, and siblings, and their spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or persons living in the same household (whether or not related thereto). If you are on any ban or self-exclusion list of any casino or other gaming project operated by or affiliated with Sponsor or the Tribe, you are not eligible. Void where prohibited. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply. 

GIVEAWAY PERIOD: The Giveaway begins on July 1, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. PT and ends on July 28, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. PT.

HOW TO ENTER:  The TEE Wagon Golf Cart Sweepstakes will be posted to the Yaamava official Instagram Page [https://www.instagram.com/yaamava] and within the Yaamava’ App of Access promotional calendar on July 1, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. To formally The TEE Wagon Sweepstakes through the Yaamava’ official Instagram Page, click the link provided in the social media outlet’s bio and provide your full name, Club Serrano number, phone number, and email address. To formally enter The TEE Wagon sweepstakes through the Yaamava’ App of Access promotional calendar, locate the “TEE Wagon Sweepstakes” to access the link and provide your full name, Club Serrano number, phone number and email address. Limited to one (1) entry per person, per day, per entry option. Entrants are prohibited from using multiple profiles. Use of any macro, bot, script or other automated means to submit entries is prohibited. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. Sponsor's database computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway. Entries will not be acknowledged. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the mobile phone number associated with the entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to a mobile phone number. Judges' decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway. Patrons that enter the “TEE-Wagon Golf Cart” sweepstakes link will be taken to a third-party website for entry. Service provider may charge for data rates per your rate plan. Please consult your wireless service provider regarding your plan. You must have access to the Yaamava’ App of Access or Instagram to enter via this method. Check your phone capabilities for specific instructions related to app downloads and usage.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:  Twenty-Five (25) winners will be selected in a random drawing on July 30, 2025, after 10:00 a.m PT. The order of the selected winners will be determined at random. In the order that winners are drawn will determine the order of prize distribution, ending with the last drawn name being the winner of “The Ultimate Golf Experience” The selected winners will be notified within approximately one (1) hour after the winner selection. By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor (including, without limitation, interpretation of these Official Rules, decisions regarding eligibility of entries, the selection of the winner, and the awarding of the prize), which are final and binding in all respects. No liability is assumed for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a selected winner for any reason. If a winner does not have a Club Serrano players card, sign-up will be required prior to claiming their prize.  

Failure to respond to any winner notification within two (2) hours of the notification being sent, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. If the last drawn winner fails to claim “The Ultimate Golf Experience” the prize will be awarded to the second to the last winner drawn. The winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release (where legal) (“Prize Claim Documents.”) If (i) the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond as instructed within two (2) hours of the first attempt to contact him/her, (ii) the winner fails to return the Prize Claim Documents within the specified time, (iii) any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, (iv) the winner is found to be ineligible, or (v) the winner does not comply with the Official Rules, then the winner may, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternate winner selected by Sponsor.  Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification procedures in connection with the selection of any alternate winner, if any. The prize, if legitimately claimed, will be awarded.  Sponsor will not be obligated to pursue more than three (3) alternate winners (time permitting) for any prize for any reason, after which that prize may go unclaimed or forfeited.

PRIZES/ODDS:   One (1) winner will receive a grand prize - “The Ultimate Golf Experience” consisting of a one (1) night-weekend stay in a suite at the Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Luxury Hotel (approximate value $5,000), One (1) full round (eighteen [18] holes) of golf (approximate value $239), and a Callaway golf club set (approximate value $1,500), and the TEE-Wagon Golf Cart (approximate value $21,400). Five (5) winners will receive a $250 Callaway gift card, four (4) winners will receive a “golf with a pro” package offered through Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach (approximate value $350), five (5) winners will receive a deluxe stay at Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach (approximate value $1,000), ten (10) winners will receive a full round (eighteen [18] holes) of golf (approximate value $239.) All winners that claim their prize will also receive a box of golf balls (approximate value $60) and $100 in Free Play. 

All prizes, apart from the TEE-Wagon Golf Cart, must be picked up by the winner(s) at Yaamava’ Resort & Casino at San Manuel and is non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of the prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor may substitute a prize of comparable value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with acceptance or use of any prize. For the TEE-Wagon Golf Cart claim, the winner must claim and fill out all applicable paperwork related to “The Ultimate Golf Experience” at Yaamava’ Resort and Casino, however, the TEE-Wagon golf cart will be located at the Monarch Golf Links for pick up by the winner.

“The Ultimate Golf Experience” winner will be responsible for transportation to and from the Waldorf Astoria and transportation of the TEE-Wagon golf cart once claimed. 

Odds:  The odds of winning are 1 out of 800,000 eligible entries. 

Prize Conditions:  Sponsor may conduct a background check to confirm eligibility and compliance with these rules.  By entering, you agree to cooperate reasonably with any such background check.  Failure to cooperate may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.  If a potential winner or potential guest has engaged in or does engage in any conduct that could damage the reputation or business of any sponsor, as determined by Sponsor in its discretion, the potential winner may be disqualified and the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting.   Each potential winner and potential guest must also comply with all requirements for proper and appropriate behavior during any prize-related activities or events.   Any inappropriate behavior, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, may result in removal from any activity or event. 
All prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Any taxes (federal, state, and local) and all costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance or use and not specified in these Official Rules as being part of the prize will be the sole responsibility of each winner. Each winner may be issued a 1099 and related tax forms for the actual value of the prize. No more than the stated prize will be awarded. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen prize or prize elements or any prize that is undeliverable or does not reach any winner because of an incorrect or changed address. If a winner does not accept or use the entire prize, the unaccepted or unused part of the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation with respect to that prize or portion of the prize. No transfers, prize substitutions, or cash redemptions will be made, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Each winner is strictly prohibited from selling, auctioning, trading, or otherwise transferring any part of the prize, except with Sponsor’s permission, which may be granted or withheld for any reason in its sole discretion. Any mailed prize elements will only be mailed or otherwise provided to the applicable verified winner’s address in the U.S., unless Sponsor, in its sole discretion, agrees otherwise. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize or portion thereof with another prize or portion thereof of equal or greater value for any reason, including unavailability of the stated prize. Each entrant waives the right to assert as a cost of winning any prize any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to claim the prize and any liability and publicity which might arise from claiming or seeking to claim said prize. 

RELEASE OF LIABILITY:  You agree that the Giveaway Entities (a) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Giveaway or any Giveaway-related activity, or from acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize, and (b) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose.

By entering the Giveaway, you further agree that (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to reasonable and actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Giveaway, but in no event attorney's fees; and (c) under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain any award for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, indirect or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for reasonable and actual out-of-pocket expenses.  These rules and any disputes relating hereto are governed by the internal laws of the State of California without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, any disputes may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in San Bernardino County, California, and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts and waive any objection thereto. Nothing herein constitutes any waiver or diminution of sovereign immunity or sovereign status by Sponsor or any of the Giveaway Entities and is not intended to imply any law or statute’s applicability to, or enforceability against, Sponsor or any of the Giveaway Entities. 

ADDITIONAL RULES:  No responsibility is assumed for any damage to your mobile device or computer system which is occasioned by participating in the Giveaway, or for any computer system, mobile device, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays.  Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, no responsibility is assumed for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, forged, tampered with, altered, late, lost, damaged, or stolen submissions, prize notifications or other Giveaway materials, all of which are void; or for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet service providers, websites, or other connections; or for miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions; or for any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties or other errors of any kind or nature; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information.   

Any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, may be disqualified, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.   

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway, in whole or in part, if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Giveaway is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other unintended circumstances have impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Giveaway as contemplated herein.  If the Giveaway is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries unaffected by the problem.   

DATA:  By entering, you agree to Sponsor’s manner of collection and usage of any personal information you submit, all of which is subject to Sponsor’s privacy located at www.yaamava.com/privacy-policy. 

PUBLICITY:  By entering the Giveaway (except where prohibited by law), each entrant grants the Giveaway Entities the irrevocable, sub licensable, absolute right and permission to use, publish, post or display his or her name, likeness, photograph, voice, prize information, biographical information, any quotes attributable to him or her and any other indicia of persona (regardless of whether altered, changed, modified, edited, used alone, or used with other material in the Giveaway Entities’ sole discretion) for advertising, trade, promotional and publicity purposes without further obligation or compensation of any kind to him or her, anywhere worldwide, in any medium now known or hereafter discovered or devised (including, without limitation, on the Internet), without any limitation of time, and without notice, review, or approval and each entrant releases all Giveaway Entities from any and all liability related thereto. Nothing contained in these Official Rules obligates Sponsor to make use of any of the rights granted herein, and winner waives any right to inspect or approve any such use.

Be sure to include “TEE-Wagon Golf Cart” in the subject line of your email. All such requests must be received within ninety (90) days after the Giveaway ends.
