TAD Frequently Asked Questions
I already registered for a day, but can I switch dates?
Only through June 22. Changes will not be accepted after June 22.
Can I transfer my tickets to another team member?
Unfortunately, tickets may not be transferred/given to other team members.
My child is 17yrs old at the time I registered but he/she will be 18 by the time we attend TAD, can I still claim him/her as my dependent?
No, since your child will be an adult at the time of the event, they are not eligible to be claimed as your dependent, and you will need to purchase an incremental ticket.
Can someone pick up tickets on my behalf (ie. Daughter, spouse) or Can I leave my tickets with another person?
If you are scheduled to work both TAD dates (August 4 and August 12) and have eligible dependents between ages 3-17 your Department Director must email an approval to [email protected].
Once your Department Director sends an email verifying you are working both days, you will be approved to have your designated guest pick up your tickets.
You will receive 1 ticket for your designated guest and 1 ticket for each dependent 17 years old or younger.
Thank you again, please reach out if you have additional questions.
I am the primary caretaker of my parent/sibling/grandparent, do they qualify for a dependent ticket?
Unfortunately, dependent tickets are only for your legal dependent (children, stepchildren, children under your legal guardianship) between 3-17 years old.
