Cancellation Policy
- By submitting an RSVP, you are agreeing to claim your kiosk voucher. If you RSVP, but fail to claim your voucher, it may result in a deduction of your Earned Rewards and removal from future invite lists. Must cancel RSVP 24 hours before RSVP by date.
- By submitting an RSVP and claiming your voucher, you are agreeing to attend the show. If you RSVP and claim your voucher, but fail to attend the show, it may result in a deduction of your Earned Rewards and removal from future invite lists. You will have up to 48 hours before the show to cancel your claimed voucher.
- Earned Rewards will be deducted at approximately half the ticket price, per ticket, for the missed show.
