I am having trouble creating an online account

I am not receiving a verification email?

  • If your email has not arrived after a few minutes, please check your Spam folder and make sure to add donotreply@sanmanuel.com as an approved sender.
  • If you still do not see it, try using a different email to signup.

I keep getting an error when I input my birthday or pin?

  • If you are getting this error, your information may have been input incorrectly when you first joined Club Serrano.

I am having trouble creating and submitting a password.
Please note, all passwords must include at least one of the following:

  • Uppercase characters (A through Z)
  • Lowercase characters (a through z)
  • Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
  • Special characters: ~!@#$%^&*_-+=`|(){}[]:;"'<>,.?/;

I am having trouble logging into my account

When resetting the password for my Online account, I did not receive my email to change my password.

If you did not receive an email in your in-box or SPAM folder, THE MOST LIKELY reason is that you do NOT have an Online account created. The Online account is not created when you join Club Serrano. You must sync up your Club Serrano card to create an Online account.

 

Another common error is signing up with a different email. If you changed your email, or have multiple emails, try and utilize your additional email addresses.
