I am having trouble creating and submitting a password.
Please note, all passwords must include at least one of the following:

  • Uppercase characters (A through Z)
  • Lowercase characters (a through z)
  • Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
  • Special characters: ~!@#$%^&*_-+=`|(){}[]:;"'<>,.?/;

If you did not receive an email in your in-box or SPAM folder, THE MOST LIKELY reason is that you do NOT have an Online account created. The Online account is not created when you join Club Serrano. You must sync up your Club Serrano card to create an Online account.

 

Another common error is signing up with a different email. If you changed your email, or have multiple emails, try and utilize your additional email addresses.
