The thought of the weekend brings upon endless ideas of how to enjoy time away from the hecticness that fills our weekdays. Whether indoor or outdoor, weekend plans tend to revolve around food. Each meal serves its purpose, but there is one specific meal that fits the weekend vibes.

Brunch has found its permanent place in calendars for those who fancy a dish that can be enjoyed for breakfast or lunch. In the heart of the Inland Empire, Yaamava’ Resort & Casino at San Manuel is serving up various brunch experiences to be enjoyed with your group of friends or for a family outing.

THE PINES MODERN STEAKHOUSE | 1st FLOOR

Brunch at Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel

Buffet style or plated entrees, brunch at The Pines Modern Steakhouse is an experience worth waiting for. This Sunday-only brunch serves delicious creations that the Yaamava’ culinary team crafted to stand out against the rest in Southern California. Unique dishes bring flavor and creativity to the table, making this brunch experience exceptionally extraordinary.

“We watch social media and what’s hot, what’s trending,” Executive Chef Everton Clarke said of the culinary team’s creations. “We use our culinary expertise, and we try to stay abreast of what’s going on . Instead of doing the traditional chicken and waffles, we put a twist on it and made the Tempura Lobster & Waffles. We have to bring it up a notch.”

The Tempura Lobster & Waffles are in popular demand as nothing else compares. The Beet Cured Salmon and Bison Benedict are huge hits for anyone looking for a rich and savory plate that is packed with flavor.

Don’t miss the famous Prime Rib Station after indulging in the Sweet Potato Hash. It’s also not brunch if you skip out on a cocktail. The Always Sunny cocktail can be enjoyed during any season with the combination of blood orange, crème de mûre, fresh tangerine and lemon with herradura reposado tequila.

You’ll walk out of The Pines with a smile on your face with plans to make your next brunch visit in the coming weekend.

ROCK & BREWS | 2nd FLOOR

Feel the New Orleans vibes while munching on southern-inspired dishes as the sounds of blues and jazz bounce off the walls within Rock & Brews during brunch. The variety at the rocking eatery ranges so anyone can enjoy a helpful serving of food, music and cocktails.

From a Farmhouse Omelet to the Drunken Short Stack, consisting of sautéed caramelized bananas and bourbon caramel sauce, there’s a flavor profile for you. The Breakfast Pizza is another dish that encapsulates the creative efforts of the Yaamava’ culinary team. Sausage gravy, applewood bacon, caramelized onion, mozzarella and parmesan cheese rest on top sunny side up eggs for a unique take on breakfast and lunch.

Quench your thirst during the Blues Brunch with the Ain’t No Wing Butta Chicken Thing Bloody Mary. You can choose a sauced or dry chicken drumette to accompany your beverage, which comes with a beef stick straw, cherry pepper, celery and carrots.

HONG BAO KITCHEN | 1st FLOOR

This popular restaurant is known for its exquisite Asian cuisine and  quiet ambiance. During weekend brunch, the Hong Bao Kitchen menu widens its selections for an additional experience to the authentic eatery.

The welcoming Hong Bao staff highly recommends the Lotus Leaf Wrap and Shrimp Shu Mai, two of the most popular dishes off the brunch menu The Beef Roll is also a brunch crowd favorite at Hong Bao, a scallion pancake with beef hoisin sauce, showcase the tasteful experience of brunch.

Its twist on traditional cuisine creates dishes like the Pork Belly Gao Bao. Rather than steaming the bao bun (the traditional way of cooking it), the Hong Bao culinary team fries the bun with pork belly stuffed inside. It elevates the flavors throughout the mouth-watering dish and is a must-try when dining at Hong Bao.

SERRANO BUFFET | 1st FLOOR

It’s a staple eatery at Yaamava’ for good reason. Serrano Buffet serves the widest range of food, including dessert, with more than 100 selections from the talented culinary team. The Chicken and Waffles, along with the Made-to-Order Pancakes fly off the counter during brunch hours.

The seafood selection is jaw-dropping with a plethora of choices to stack on the side of each plate. As an added perk to their membership, Club Serrano members can enjoy discounted prices, ranging from 10% to 25% off depending on their respective level.

RADIANCE CAFÉ | YAAMAVA’ POOL DECK

When the sun is out and shining bright, so is brunch at Radiance Café with its California flare. Pool season brings out the sunscreen and bathing suits while the most refreshing summer meals are cooked to perfection.

The guilt-free menu makes going back into the pool easier than ever. Fuel up with the popular Ube Pancakes to start off the morning, then make sure to request the Acai Bowl with bananas, berries and chia seeds while basking in the sun in the cabana.

If you’re looking to split a dish, the Chilaquiles is a healthy serving big enough for two. Two farm fresh eggs any style compliment the vibrant dish that comes with chorizo and refried beans. The salsa roja brings a kick to the dish, but the crema and queso fresco bring down the Scoville level to an enjoyable experience.

“There’s so many brunch offerings, that you can’t go wrong with anything you decide,” Chef Clarke said. “If you’re staying the night or just stopping by on the way to one of our venues, there’s something here for you.”

Reservations for brunch can made online or via the Yaamava’ app, and walk-ups are also welcomed.
