Official Rules
- Drawings will be held on Monday in October 2, 2023 at 5:00pm, 6:00pm, 7:00pm, 8:00pm and 9:00pm at Overlook Bar.
- An additional drawing may be held at 9:30pm if any pre-qualified finalists do not check in, during the check-in times listed in rule - 4. This drawing will be used to fill any spots that remain open after the check-in time has concluded.
- Club Serrano Members can earn entries beginning September 1 at 12:00am – October 2 at 8:50pm.
- Members will need to activate their entries within one (1) hour before each drawing by swiping at any kiosk, or by having a rated slot or table session closed. Members will be eligible for each drawing within the activation period.
- The 5:00pm, 6:00pm, 7:00pm, 8:00pm, and 9:00pm drawings will have five (5) winners who will select an object in the order they arrived and were confirmed to determine their prize. There will be three (3) winners of $3,000 Free Play and two (2) winners of $3,000 Free Play and a finalist spot in the 10:00pm finale.
- At 10:00pm, the ten (10) drawing finalists will join ten (10) more finalists from the previous events for a total of twenty (20) finalists. Finalists must check-in from 5:00pm – 9:30pm at the Overlook Bar.
- The twenty (20) finalists will be split into five (5) groups of four (4) finalists each.
- The four (4) finalists will choose an object in order that they checked in. From each group, three (3) finalists will receive $3,000 in Free Play and one (1) will advance to the Rolls Royce Finale (totaling in five (5) Finale Finalists).
- The five (5) Finale Finalists will choose an object in the order of their previous group number to determine their prize. The prizes are as follows:
- (1) 2023 Rolls Royce Ghost ($404,719.28)
- (1) $20,000 Free Play
- (1) $10,000 Free Play
- (1) $5,000 Free Play
- (1) $3,500 Free Play
- The ten (10) finalists from the previous events will not be eligible to win the 5:00pm – 9:00pm drawings.
- For the 5:00pm – 9:00pm drawings, winners will have ten (10) minutes to claim their prize at Overlook Bar. If drawn winners do not claim within ten (10) minutes, there will be unlimited redraws in an attempt to identify all winners.
- Members may win once per drawing time. Finalists who advance to the 10:00pm drawing will not be eligible to win for the remaining drawing hours.
- Should any winners forfeit their finalist spot in the Finale, their space will be filled during an extra drawing at 9:30pm. For example, if two winners cannot be on property October 2nd to participate in the Finale, two winners will be drawn at 9:30pm to advance to the 10:00pm drawing.
- Slots players will earn one (1) entry for every 100 points earned.
- Table Games players earn entries based on time spent and average bet. Players must present their Club Serrano card to a Pit Boss to be entered (rated), which refers to actual buy-in and dollar bet entered into the Synkros system.
- There will be 2x entry multiplier in all premium gaming rooms (High Limit Tables and Slots, Lotus 8, The Enclave, and The Vault).
- Free Play Prizes will be valid as follows: $1-$19,999 Free Play valid for seven (7) days; $20,000 - $40,999 Free Play valid for thirty (30) days; $41,000+ Free Play valid for 60 days.
- Must be 21 years of age or older to participate and must be a member of the Club Serrano program. Membership is free.
- All rules and conditions stated in Yaamava Resort & Casino at San Manuel Standard Rules for Drawings apply to this promotion, unless otherwise stated in these rules. In the event of contradiction or inconsistency, these rules will take precedence.
Participation into a drawing is not guaranteed if a patron is unable to activate their entries during the times stated in these official rules. No special circumstances will warrant the delaying of a drawing to be able to accommodate individuals or groups of individuals.
