Am I eligible to receive a gift?
All eligible guests will receive a postcard in the mail or an email informing them of gift qualification. If you did not receive notification in either, you are not eligible for this month's gift. Make sure you use your Club Serrano card while playing to qualify for next month's gift as all of our rewards are based on play.
I am unable to attend, how can I get my gift?
Due to extremely high demand, we are unable to hold gifts. Gifts can be picked up only during the scheduled time listed on your invitation.
Can someone else pick up my gift?
In order to ensure you actually receive your gift, we do require you to pick them up personally. These gifts are not transferable. Each guest picking up their gift must present valid ID, their Club Serrano card and the printed coupon.
Only invited player will receive complimentary gift. Offer is non-transferable. Must have a valid Club Serrano card. Limit one item per invited guest. First come, first served while supplies last. Management reserves the right to modify or cancel events/promotions without notice. Persons who have voluntarily or involuntarily been excluded from the property or who have requested self-exclusion are not eligible to participate. Must be 21 to enter casino.
